Process Workers | Join Our Growing Production Team

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Process Workers to join our team. These are direct employment opportunities offering stable work, training and career development within a leading Australian food production business.

As a Process Worker, you will support various stages of our poultry processing operation, including:

• Processing, handling and packing poultry products

• Sorting and grading products

• Operating production equipment and conveyor systems

• Loading and unloading cartons and materials

• Trimming and deboning poultry products

• Maintaining food safety, quality and hygiene standards

• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

Our day shifts typically commence between 8:30am and 8:50am, depending on operational requirements.

This is a physically active role within a poultry processing environment. Team members may work in temperature-controlled areas and perform manual handling tasks throughout the shift.

What we’re looking for

Previous manufacturing, process work, warehousing or food production experience is advantageous but not essential

• Reliable, punctual and safety focused

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude
