Are you an experienced and detail-oriented administrator looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive team? Custom Steel Fab is seeking a Full-Time Administrator to join our Townsville team.

About the Role

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling administrative tasks, supporting the team and maintaining efficient office functions. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• General administrative duties

• Managing email accounts, documents, and reports

• Assist with project delivery by preparing project documentation and coordinating the mobilisation of personnel, plant and equipment.

• Using software such as Dashpivot, SharePoint and Xero

• Supporting the team with coordination and communication

• Maintaining a positive and professional work environment

• Supporting the team with social media and marketing

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in the construction or mining sections (Highly desirable)

• Knowledge and experience in other project management software including but not limited to; Simpro, Aconex, Procore, Team Binder, Hammertech, Estimate One (Highly desirable)

• High attention to detail

• Previous experience in administration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with project teams, clients and industry contacts
