Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager

This role is all about supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management team, working closely alongside our director - an opportunity to learn from one of the best in the industry.

Based in our Prahran office (with onsite parking provided), your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting open for inspections and private viewings

• Processing and assessing rental applications

• Preparing ingoing condition reports

• Carrying out routine property inspections

The Essentials

• Agent’s Representative Certificate (or currently working towards it)

• Alternatively, transferable skills with a willingness to obtain certification (support provided)

• A reliable vehicle and current driver’s license

• Availability for 2 Saturdays a month (10am - 2pm) with 1 Friday off a month in lieu
