About the role

The primary purpose of being a Production Team member is to ensure all products are packed and dispatched according to specification including Quality Assurance conformance. All training will be provided for all aspects of this role. 

Key Tasks

• Packing & dispatch of customer orders in preparation for the daily runs for drivers
  

• Preparation of correct labels for product and/or packages 
  

• Working in an engaging manner that builds relationships across all departments.
  

• Cryovac packaging for all products.
  

• Training and use of multiple FMCG machines for the right candidate.
  

Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  

• Ability to work in a safe manner and to standards trained
  

• To communicate effectively across all departments and all levels
  

• Customer Service
  

• Working as part of a team
  

• Working under time pressures
  

• Previous experience in smallgoods or meat manufacturing an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  

• Previous experience with FMCG machinery would be an advantage.
