The Opportunity

As our Gaming Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Gaming operations. This customer-focused role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the Gaming floor. Through your friendly, professional, and attentive approach, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment where every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of all Gaming service areas.Respond to patron enquiries and provide accurate information about Club facilities, promotions, and activities.Assist with taking orders and serving our patrons to support the smooth operation of the Gaming floor.Ensure compliance with all gaming legislation, Club policies, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional, friendly, and personalised service.Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment through effective communication and a commitment to Canterbury's values.

About You

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and personal presentation.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Previous club experience is preferred but not essential.Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
