Casual Karaoke Venue Attendant and Bar Staff – Late Night (Fri & Sat)

About the role

We're hiring casual staff to support a late-night karaoke venue. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, bar service, room resets/cleaning, food & drink service, and POS/cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic bar service (pouring drinks, preparing simple mixed drinks, restocking bar items)

• Reset karaoke rooms between bookings (tidy, wipe down, restock, quick clean)

• Deliver drinks to rooms (room service style)

• Prepare simple items (fruit platters, snacks, basic plating)

• Greet guests and assist with bookings and room questions

• Take orders and process payments (POS + cash handling)

• Clear glassware and keep service areas clean and organised

• Work alongside team members and security to keep the venue safe and running smoothly

About you

• Current RSA (essential)

• Available every Friday & Saturday night (7pm–3am)

• Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys working with groups

• Fast mover who stays calm under pressure during busy periods

• Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Trustworthy and accurate with POS and cash handling

• Hospitality or room service experience is a bonus (training provided)

• Vietnamese language skills highly regarded
