The Role
This is a qualified role suited to someone who has completed a recognised qualification in Roof Plumbing.

If you have significant hands-on roof plumbing experience but don’t currently hold the formal qualification, we’d still love to hear from you. Please address this in your cover letter, including a brief overview of your experience.

For the right candidate, we may be able to support you through a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway with one of our flexible training partners and negotiate an appropriate entry pathway while you work towards formal recognition of your skills.

What you’ll do

This isn’t new-build roofing and you won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day.

You’ll be out across Perth working on government and commercial buildings, schools, fire stations and other live sites, finding and fixing roof plumbing issues.

Think:

• Chasing leaks and actually working out where they’re coming from

• Repairing and replacing gutters, downpipes, flashings and roof sheeting

• Fixing the small stuff before it becomes the expensive stuff

• Spotting other issues while you’re up there and letting us know

• Keeping your work area safe, tidy and respectful, particularly on live sites

• Working independently, but knowing there’s a team behind you when you need it

We’re looking for someone who knows roof plumbing, can problem-solve and takes pride in leaving a job properly finished.

About you

• Qualified, roof plumber, or lifelong experience who would like help finally ticking qualification off the bucket list

• Able to demonstrate a range of skills either through photos of your projects or through references

• Able to obtain Working at Heights, White Card, and WA Driver’s Licence

• Reliable, punctual, and respectful

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Valid Australian work rights
