Call Centre Representative - Immediate Start

We're looking for confident, driven people to join our Sydney call centre team as a Telefundraising Representative. This is a phone-based sales role where you'll engage with existing and potential supporters, build rapport, and secure ongoing donations for leading charities based in Australia & New Zealand.

No experience? No problem. If you've got a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and coaching you need to succeed.

• Make outbound calls to engage and connect with current and new charity supporters

• Build rapport and confidently present fundraising campaigns

• Use your communication skills to achieve sales targets

• Accurately update customer information and call outcomes

• Contribute to a high-performing, energetic sales team
  

• A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people

• Motivated by goals, targets, and bonuses

• Positive, resilient, and eager to succeed

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is an advantage—but not essential

• Full working rights or WHV accepted

• Availability to work 4-5 days, Monday to Friday
