Nestled within The Lands by Capella precinct in the heart of the CBD, SPEZIA is a 130-seat open-air Italian courtyard restaurant inspired by the rich traditions of Italian hospitality and the forgotten spice routes that once shaped its cuisine. Set within a beautifully restored sandstone courtyard, SPEZIA will offer an elevated all-day dining experience from morning espresso and leisurely lunches to aperitivo, dinner and late-night cocktails.

As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our SPEZIA family and help bring this exciting vision to life.

We're seeking for experience and passionate chefs that thrive in fast-paced environments, and are excited by the opportunity to shape a venue from day one. You'll play an integral role in building a high-performing team, creating memorable guest experiences and setting the standard for one of Sydney's most anticipated restaurant openings.
