Conveyancing Paralegal

Pollock Ingram is based in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast and has been operating for over 50 years.  Key areas of practice are Conveyancing, Property, Wills and Estates.

We are looking for an enthusiastic conveyancing paralegal to lead our conveyancing section who is a team player. On a daily basis running residential conveyancing files A to Z under supervision of our property lawyer.

To be suitable for this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in conveyancing, highly regarded.

• Running files, A to Z for sale and purchases independently and with supervision from Solicitor.

• Excellent customer service and communication over the phone and email 

• PEXA experience

• Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills and time management

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook 

• Experience with LEAP (highly regarded)

• Experience using Microsoft Office 365

• Willingness to learn and positive attitude who is a team player
