Relief Batcher/HR Agitator Driver

Concrete Driver/Batcher | Manjimup

Are you a self-motivated team player? We are looking for someone for our Manjimup Concrete plant who is passionate about safety, results focused with awesome communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.

The Driver/Batcher role has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling and logistics whilst working in the construction industry. This role is casual, experience is preferred, however training will be provided to successful candidates.

About the Role:

• Batching agitator trucks safely and efficiently
• Delivering concrete in an agitator truck
• Loading aggregate bins
• Housekeeping and yard duties
• Communicating with customers on a regular basis
• Placing orders for customers and internal stakeholders
• Operation of a front-end loader

Background and Experience required:

• Are you self-motivated and take pride in your work
• Have a HR licence or above
• Have a strong work-ethic and excellent time keeping
• Can efficiently support individual customer requests
• Enjoy being part of a results driven environment
• Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
• Have very good IT skills and experience using Outlook and other software's
• A front-end loader ticket and experience would be highly regarded.
