What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly customer service across gaming, bar and bistro areas
• Support gaming and TAB operations while maintaining compliance
• Serve food and beverages in a busy venue environment
• Maintain clean, safe and well-presented venue spaces
• Assist customers with enquiries and general venue support
• Work closely with the team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

• Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Current RSA & RSG certificates essential
• Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous gaming and/or TAB experience is highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right person
