Why this role

This is a high-income sales role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in consultative sales. Based in our Hervey Bay office, you'll meet with clients, prepare costings, and guide them through to signing a building contract. A real role, a real process, and real earning potential.

What you'll be doing

• Meeting prospective clients in the office and running structured, professional consultations.

• Preparing and presenting costings and home options to match client needs and budgets.

• Building client confidence and guiding them through the full sales process to contract.

• Following up consistently to keep your pipeline healthy and progressing.

• Handling objections professionally and maintaining momentum toward a signed contract.

• Keeping accurate client records and managing your own sales activity.

What we're looking for

• Proven results in consultative, high-value sales — new homes, real estate, finance, or similar, or planning/development (e.g. town planning).

• Strong closing ability and consistent follow-up habits.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach.

• Confidence operating within a clear, structured sales process.

• Driver's licence and strong computer/CRM skills.

• Prior AI exposure preferred.

• A stable work history and commitment to long-term performance.

• Town planning knowledge and understanding of the construction process.
