What about your team?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with knowledge and a broad range of concepts, technology, and domain insights to develop and deliver world-class software solutions.You will be primarily responsible for building software in fast-paced, greenfield environments, using the latest cloud tooling & frameworks to create early-stage prototypes & MVP releases that help advance business cases for new products.
Along with the initial build, there is an expectation you can help establish and evolve these initiatives to help expand our portfolio of ventures.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperienceThe ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and expertise:Experience as a product-minded engineer, working from customer problems through to MVP solutions while helping shape product direction and delivering high-quality softwareDesign, implement, and run full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration across front-end, back-end, and database layers with high test coverageImplement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code for a full stack project using AWSProactively identify, prioritize, and address technical debt, ensuring sustainable code quality and alignment with long-term project goalsTake initiative and provide expert guidance to the business on how to scope & develop new products
We are interested to hear from people who have experience in Strong experience in software design, including designing scalable, maintainable, and well-structured systems with clear separation of concerns and sound engineering trade-offsStrong experience with automated testing across the whole testing pyramid, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to support quality, reliability, and confident delivery5+ years of programming and software development experience. Experience and comfort in TypeScript and Node.jsProven experience building modern front-& back-end experiences using modern web technologies such as Next.js/ ReactExperience integrating and developing queries for SQL databases such as PostgreSQLExperience in web security practices with proven experience implementing and maintaining secure applications
DesiredExperience applying Domain-Driven Design to model complex business domains, establish clear bounded contexts, and create software that aligns closely with business concepts and workflowsExperience with, or curiosity about, AI-native engineering, including exploring how AI-assisted tools, agents, and workflows can improve software delivery, developer productivity, and product capability
