About the role
We're looking for an experienced Workforce Capability Specialist with an Occupational Therapy or Allied Health background, to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we better support our Employees We Support with a disability in the workplace environment to achieve safe, meaningful and sustainable employment & career outcomes.
In this role, you'll combine your clinical expertise of allied health with practical workplace solutions, partnering with leaders, health professionals, employees, families and support networks to ensure employment decisions promote safety, dignity, wellbeing and inclusion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing organisational practice, developing frameworks and processes, and making a lasting impact within the disability sector.
A key component of this role is designing and implementing sustainable frameworks, procedures and governance processes that support consistent decision-making, ongoing health monitoring and best practice workforce capability management.
