The Minbani Bebe Kinship Program is an Aboriginal Carer Services program funded by the Department of Children and Families (DCF). Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation delivers three service streams: Family Finding, Carer Assessments and Carer Support.
The program works alongside Aboriginal children, families and communities to identify safe, culturally connected kinship care options that promote children's identity, belonging and connection to family, culture and Country.
Minbani Bebe is seeking a Kinship Support Worker to work collaboratively across all service streams. Key responsibilities include:
Conditions of employment covered by the Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2024. Salary range starting at $41.43 per hour. Option to salary package a maximum of $15,899 from your gross salary each year; 5 weeks pro rata annual leave per year; and a 21-hour week. We have a dedicated employee assistance program and excellent training and development opportunities.
