DOMA's newest Little National Hotel in Adelaide has opened its doors and we are searching for Food and Beverage Attendants to join the team in a Part time or casual capacity!

Little National Hotel Adelaide is the newest addition to DOMA Hotels' growing portfolio. Located on North Terrace in the heart of the CBD, the 237-room hotel was designed by Bates Smart with interiors by Luchetti Krelle - bringing a new luxury offering to Adelaide.

Guests have access to a 21st floor lounge and bar with panoramic city views, a library designed for work and downtime, and a Technogym-equipped fitness space.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant – LN Lounge, you'll deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. You'll ensure the lounge is well-presented, fully stocked, and operating smoothly, while working as part of a team committed to outstanding hospitality.

We're looking for enthusiastic team members who are passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering premium guest experiences.

• Deliver friendly and professional food & beverage service

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with RSA and food safety requirements

• Maintain a clean and organised lounge

• Replenish food, beverages, and service areas throughout the shift

• Respond to guest requests and resolve enquiries professionally

• Build positive relationships with guests through exceptional service

• Work collaboratively with the lounge team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Follow all food safety and workplace health & safety procedures

• Available for both breakfast and evening service

• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred

• Current RSA Certificate

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and time management skills

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
