Trainee Production Operators – No Experience Needed

Choose the Shift That Suits You

We currently have opportunities available across two roster options:

Afternoon Shift – Monday to Friday

• 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Monday to Friday
• Consistent weekday roster
• Keep your mornings and weekends free

12-Hour Roster – Fewer Days at Work

7:00am – 7:00pm

• Work approximately 16 shifts per month
• Roster includes some Saturdays and Sundays
• Longer shifts mean more days off across the month
• Ideal for people who prefer a compressed working roster

About the Role

As a Trainee Production Operator, you’ll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production environment. You’ll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members throughout your traineeship.

You’ll gain experience in:

* Packaging products
* Operating production machinery
* Assisting with setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment
* Completing quality checks and documentation
* Following safety, hygiene and quality procedures
* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, routine and being part of a structured team.

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and completing manual tasks
• Comfortable working either an afternoon shift or a 12-hour rotating roster

No previous manufacturing experience is required.
