We are on the hunt for a talented CDP to join our team at the Rowing Pavilion .

We are all about delivering top quality food with a focus on fresh seasonal produce . We need a talented CDP to boost the middle management in our team . train and develop our upcoming chefs and thrive in a fast past environment .

What you'll be doing ..

• Managing sections across a busy kitchen including larder ,grill, pizza and desserts .

• Working closely with Sous/Head chef to deliver a consistent high standard of food

• Bringing fresh ideas to the table in terms of menu design .

• Proven experience in a similar role .

• Strong technical skills with an eye for detail .

• Creativity and passion for using fresh , high quality produce .

• Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment .

• Excellent time management and organisational skills .
