Trade Counter Sales/Driver

Burdens is a family-owned business and a market leader in plumbing and bathroom supplies with 16 trade and showroom locations across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria.

We have stores all across Melbourne and are looking for some new team members to join the Burden's journey. The role would suit someone who has a passion for sales and customer service. We are looking for:

- Previous experience in trade sales or retail preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Computer skills

- Valid Victorian driver's license

Responsibilities:

- Greet trade customers and assist them with their orders over the counter

- Process orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock and the trade counter area

- Load/unload delivery vehicle safely

- Deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner

- Participate in learning and development, customer improvement programs

- Team based effort to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
