About the Role

Timbertruss is looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team at our Corio site. This is a full-time, 12-month contract role at the heart of our business. You'll manage a busy front desk while providing general administrative support across the office. No two days will look the same, and you'll need to be comfortable juggling reception duties with production paperwork and day-to-day office tasks.

Duties

• Operate the Reception switchboard
• Provide general administration assistance, including managing emails, photocopying, printing and processing production paperwork
• Use the MITEK program to print and process jobs from detailers
• Prepare paperwork for transport deliveries
• Maintain and update the office phone list
• Maintain a tidy Reception and printing area, including keeping the photocopiers stocked with paper
• Take messages and ensure they are passed on to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner
• Greet and assist visitors at reception

About You

• Previous reception or administration experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised, with good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
• Proficient with email, MS Office and general office equipment; experience with MITEK (or willingness to learn) an advantage
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a professional, welcoming manner
