About the Role 

We're looking for an Account Manager who can build genuine relationships, manage a demanding pipeline, and represent Gitsham with major fleet, government and dealer accounts across the country. You'll be the face of the business for your accounts, and the driving force behind growing them. 

What You'll Do 

• Manage and grow relationships with existing fleet, government and dealer accounts 

• Act as primary point of contact for account-level enquiries, orders and issue resolution 

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts 

• Prepare and present proposals, pricing and contract terms to customers 

• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure orders are delivered on time 

• Track account performance, sales pipeline and forecasts 

• Support tender and contract renewal processes for key accounts 

• Represent the business at customer meetings, site visits and industry events 

What You'll Bring 

• Demonstrated experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally in automotive, fleet or manufacturing 

• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills 

• Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate them to customers 

• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills 

• Willingness to travel for customer visits as required 

• A high performer who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with strong attention to detail
