We're looking for a Yard Person to join our Clayton workshop team. If you're practical, reliable and enjoy working around heavy machinery, this is a great opportunity to join a legendary team and play an important role in getting equipment safely to our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll help keep our yard running smoothly and ensure equipment is ready to go when our customers need it.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and checking machines before delivery.
• Loading, unloading and transporting equipment to customer sites.
• Completing customer handovers and providing basic operating instructions.
• Checking returned equipment and recording fuel, damage and shortages.
• Completing delivery and return paperwork.
• Operating forklifts, earthmoving equipment and other mobile plant.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised yard.

ABOUT YOU

You're a hands-on person who takes pride in doing a job properly. You're organised, safety-focused and comfortable working independently while being part of a team.

You'll also bring:

• A current motor vehicle licence.
• Forklift licence and relevant equipment competencies.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• The ability to safely load, unload and operate equipment.
• A genuine commitment to safety.
