What’s the role?

We're looking for a Vehicle Sales Team Leader to lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences, strong sales results, and a seamless journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading a motivated, customer focused and efficient sales team of Vehicle Consultants​
• Contributing to the development of sales strategy, new business and delivery of growthtargets​
• Promoting customer excellence and engagement in all interactions to ensure industryleading levels of satisfaction
• Contributing to development and delivery of multi-channel customer engagement strategy
• Developing the capability of Vehicle Consultants to deliver key metrics and targets
• Contributing to the development and delivery of sales frameworks with related KPIsand incentive programs​
• Providing leadership, support and mentoring to team members and undertaking regularone-to-one meetings, team meetings, training and coaching sessions
• Contributing to the development of new initiatives, including the identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency of work processes and the implementation of changes in the workplace
• Recruiting and inducting operations team members
• Supporting client retention by achieving consistently high Net Promotor Scores
• Analysing performance, highlighting problem areas and identifying improvement actions
• Managing and resolving escalations and complex business issues

Who you are

• At least 2 years experience in a Sales Leadership role (within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment)​
• Proven ability to comprehend legislation and compliance around Financial products and related Leasing products
