Front of House Coordinator | Client Experience Coordinator

About the role

As Front of House / Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering exceptional customer service and client care. You are the energy clients feel when they walk through the door. You are the person who helps create connection, trust, organisation, and an elevated experience from the very first interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional, elevated clinic experience
• Managing bookings, phone calls, emails, and appointment coordination
• Supporting therapists and clinicians to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Assisting with rebooking clients and maintaining appointment schedules
• Educating clients on services, promotions, and skincare products
• Managing client communication and follow-up processes
• Maintaining clinic presentation and ensuring Front of House runs efficiently
• Supporting the team with administration and daily operational tasks
• Contributing positively to clinic culture, organisation, and client retention

About you

• Have previous reception, Front of House, customer service, or clinic coordination experience
• Are highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Are confident speaking with clients both in person and over the phone
• Bring positive energy and professionalism to the workplace
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in presentation
• Are reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Love working collaboratively within a team environment
