Mercy College is a Catholic, co-educational College in Koondoola, Western Australia founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1972, serving more than 1,600 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. At Mercy College, we believe that the education, growth, and pastoral care of our students are shared responsibilities among all staff. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Head of Year to play a vital role in ensuring students in their Year Group have every opportunity to experience an education aligned with the College’s vision statement.

As Head of Year, you will collaborate closely with the Deputy Principals, Pastoral Care Teachers, CAVE Staff, and the Counselling and Wellbeing Team to create a positive and supportive learning environment for our students. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere where every student can thrive.

This position holds significant standing within the College community, serving as an important and influential leader among the teaching staff. As an integral part of the Middle Leadership Team, you will contribute to shaping the educational journey and overall well-being of our students.
