The Technical Responsive Maintenance Officer supports the delivery of responsive maintenance services by assessing requests, reviewing scopes and costs, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements. Working closely with internal teams and contractors, the Technical Responsive Maintenance Support Officer plays a key role in driving quality outcomes, operational efficiency and positive experiences for renters.
The Technical Responsive Maintenance Officer will be required to work standard Customer Service Team operating hours, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
The annual Salary for this role is $101,214 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Status, A National Police Check and Victorian Working with Children's Check will also be required for the preferred candidate.
