Fernwood Fitness Albury is looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre / CRM Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is more than just making phone calls. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, connecting with women who have enquired about joining Fernwood, understanding what they're looking for and helping them take the next step towards their health and fitness goals.

What you'll be doing

• Making outbound calls to new and existing leads
• Following up enquiries and potential members
• Using our CRM system (Exerp) to manage leads, conversations and follow-ups
• Booking gym tours and appointments
• Following established call and follow-up processes
• Sending SMS and email follow-ups
• Recording clear and accurate notes in the CRM
• Speaking with potential members and helping overcome questions or objections
• Working towards call and conversion targets
• Communicating with the wider Fernwood team to ensure leads receive a great experience

What we're looking for

• Confident and friendly on the phone
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Naturally positive, energetic and personable
• Organised and able to stay on top of follow-ups
• Comfortable learning and using a CRM system
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets
• A great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
• Someone who can have a laugh and enjoy being part of a close-knit team!

Sales or call-centre experience is highly regarded, but attitude, confidence and the ability to connect with people are just as important.
