BCMC Safety Solutions is a professional safety compliance company that works exclusively with the real estate industry providing market leading safety compliance inspections and services with our innovative software systems.
As a nationwide brand BCMC Safety Solutions is all about making properties safer and we have a great opportunity for a safety service and smoke alarm technician to join our Sydney team on a full time bases.
Using easy-to-use software, you'll complete a range of straightforward property safety and compliance checks. This is primarily a testing, checking and reporting role rather than a trade or heavy manual labour position. You'll be trained in exactly what to look for and how to complete each inspection.

Key responsibilities
Smoke alarm testing and replacement
Water efficiency checks
Blind cord safety checks
Air-conditioning filter cleaning
Basic switchboard safety checks
About you
Reliable, punctual and organised
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoys working independently
Confident driving throughout Sydney and remote areas
Good time-management skills
Friendly and professional when dealing with tenants and real estates
Takes pride in their work and presentation
What you will need
Comfortable using an iPhone and basic technology
Basic practical skills and comfortable using simple tools
Current Australian driver's licence
Australian working rights
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
Comfortable travelling between residential properties throughout the working day
