Hanson Pizza Bar is looking for an experienced Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident running the restaurant floor, providing excellent table service and assisting with local deliveries when required. You will need to be reliable, well-presented and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and seating customers

• Taking dine-in, takeaway and phone orders

• Running food and drinks to tables

• Managing sections and keeping the floor running smoothly

• Processing payments and operating the POS system

• Preparing and packing takeaway orders

• Assisting with local food deliveries when required

• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables

• Helping with opening and closing duties

• Communicating closely with the kitchen and other team members

• Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• At least three years of hospitality experience

• Strong restaurant floor and table-service experience

• A valid Australian driver’s licence

• Confidence completing local deliveries when required

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

• The ability to work quickly and remain calm during busy periods

• A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• A professional and well-presented appearance

Barista experience is not essential, but it is highly desirable and will be strongly regarded.

A current RSA is also preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one.

You understand that great hospitality means being attentive, organised and willing to help—whether that is serving a table, answering the phone, preparing an order or heading out on a delivery.
