About the role

Clinic 88 in Canberra is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our diverse client base, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify patients' physical impairments and develop personalised treatment plans

• Implementing interventions to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall function

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as Exercise Physiologists, Soft Tissue Therapists and Pilates Instructors, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care

• Educating patients on self-management strategies and home exercise programs

• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation requirements

• Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques

What we're looking for

• A degree in Physiotherapy

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and treat patients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and a passion for helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals

About us

Clinic 88 is a multidisciplinary clinic that prides itself on patient centred care.

We have four clinics, allowing multiple options and variability. Each clinic has treatment rooms and a gym.

We have been established for 24 years and currently treat between 2300 and 2500 patients per month.

We have multiple referral sources that keep us very busy.

We are known for our hands on manual therapy approach and focused exercise prescription.

In house tutorials and mentoring is mandatory!
