We are seeking a reliable and motivated Glass Processor to join our team. Experience operating machinery in the glass industry is preferred, though applicants from similar industries are encouraged to apply.

• Shift hours: Mon to Thu 06.00am-02.30pm, Fridays 06.00am-12.00pm

Job Responsibilities

•    Operate glass processing machinery within scope of training and skills
•    Program and produce drawings to job specifications
•    Carry out work in sequence as arranged by supervisor
•    Requisition and replace tools as required
•    Check and measure products to ensure exact specifications meet job requirements
•    Produce quality products to specification
•    Ensure documentation is signed off and correct
•    Daily housekeeping of machinery and surrounding work area

Skills and Qualifications

•    Minimum equivalent of completion of Year 12 schooling
•    Reasonable English and Mathematics skills essential

Experience and Attributes

•    Previous glass industry experience operating machinery and processes is highly desirable, relevant experience in other industries may be considered
•    Be well disciplined, punctual, and a team player
•    Present for work in a neat and tidy manner
