Part-time nanny for our 1 year girl in Sorrento

We are looking for a nanny for our gorgeous 1 year old 25-30 hours per week in our home in Sorrento.

She is an active, happy and easy-going little girl with a curious nature. She sleeps well, is very social, and is a joy to care for. This is a lovely, manageable role caring for one child, with plenty of time for outings, play and activities.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and would like to become a trusted part of our family.

The role:
• Permanent part-time position with guaranteed 100 hours per month (roughly 25-30 hours per week), with some additional hours required in certain weeks.
• Hours generally spread across Monday–Friday daytime, with occasional Friday or Saturday
• A monthly roster will be provided in advance so you can plan around it, however days and hours will vary from week to week, so flexibility and availability are essential
• Light household duties and meal preparation
• Taking our little one out for walks, playgrounds, library visits, playgroups and local activities

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has professional experience caring for babies / toddlers
• Is confident caring for a young child independently
• Is warm, proactive, trustworthy and reliable
• Has a childcare qualification and/or significant professional nanny experience
• Holds a current Working With Children Check, Police Clearance, First Aid and CPR
• Has a reliable car and at least two years' driving experience
• Is looking for a long-term role and is comfortable with flexibility and changing hours

As we only have one child, we think it’s a really lovely opportunity for the right person. We are hoping to have someone that will fit in well with us, form a relationship with our little one and become part of the family.

We are looking for this role to commence late September/early October with some paid casual shifts in the lead-up to help with settling in so we are keen to lock in someone asap.
