About the Opportunities
We are seeking experienced Senior Planners to support a portfolio of major decarbonisation, electrification, and capital delivery programs.
These opportunities sit within high-performing Project Services teams and will play a critical role in the planning, scheduling, reporting, and delivery of major infrastructure and energy transition projects from concept through to commissioning and operational handover.

Senior Planner – Decarb Delivery
This role focuses on major infrastructure and decarbonisation projects, supporting engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across the project lifecycle

• Perform critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, and risk assessments

• Implement Earned Value Management and performance reporting

• Analyse contractor schedules and integrate them into master programs

• Support change management, progress reporting, and recovery planning

• Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams

Senior Planner – HME Decarbonisation Assets
This role supports the deployment of battery electric fleets, charging infrastructure, electrification assets, and associated decarbonisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules for fleet decarbonisation programs

• Coordinate operational, maintenance, and project delivery activities

• Integrate contractor schedules into the overall decarbonisation portfolio

• Support forecasting, productivity analysis, and program reporting

• Monitor schedule performance and identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies

• Participate in planning workshops, risk reviews, and stakeholder meetings

Ideal Background

• Fleet electrification projects

• Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) programs

• Mining operations and sustaining capital projects

• Large-scale asset deployment programs

Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project planning and scheduling
• Advanced Primavera P6 capability
• Client-side experience across the full project lifecycle from concept through execution
• Strong understanding of project controls, planning, and scheduling principles
• Experience supporting major mining, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Preferred
• Experience supporting decarbonisation, electrification, or renewable energy projects
• Earned Value Management experience
• Experience managing integrated contractor schedules
• Exposure to commissioning, operational readiness, and major capital project delivery
