VENUE SUPERVISOR
Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunity Available

Hecho En Mexico Adelaide is looking for a reliable and motivated Venue Supervisor to join our team.

We are currently seeking someone who can take responsibility for venue operations and lead our team. This is a great opportunity for the right person to grow within our business, with the potential for increased hours and progression into a bigger role.

Current Hours Available:
✅ Approximately 20- 25 hours per week
✅ Monday & Tuesday – full day shifts (Opening to Closing)
✅ Additional shifts may become available
✅ Part-time opportunity with full-time potential for the right candidate

Requirements:

• Should have Responsible Person or willing to obtain one
• Previous hospitality supervisor experience preferred
• Must have some previous bar work experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organised and able to take ownership
• Ability to manage opening and closing procedures

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and support the FOH team during service
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Manage daily shift operations and handovers
• Ensure venue standards, cleanliness and compliance are maintained
