About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is responsible for delivering a professional customer experience, managing front-of-house operations, coordinating appointments, and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the business.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Customer Service

• Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage customer check-ins and direct enquiries appropriately

• Offer refreshments and maintain a welcoming showroom environment

• Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times

Switchboard & Enquiries

• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails

• Handle walk-in enquiries and provide accurate information

• Record and relay messages promptly and accurately

Appointment Coordination

• Schedule showroom appointments, test drives, and service bookings

• Manage meeting room calendars and visitor records

• Coordinate customer appointments with relevant departments

Front-of-House Administration

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries

• Monitor office supplies and place orders when required

• Assist with administrative documentation and filing

Sales & Service Support

• Enter customer information and leads into CRM systems

• Direct customers to Sales, Service, or Aftersales departments

• Assist with basic paperwork, customer follow-ups, and administrative support

Requirements

Essential

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, retail, or administration

• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Highly Regarded

• Previous automotive dealership experience

• Experience using CRM or dealership management systems

• Additional language skills
