About the role

We are looking for a proactive & energetic Warehouse Storeman / Assembler at our Bayswater facility. This autonomous & diverse role combines traditional warehouse duties with assembly & fitting. This critical role requires a high-level attention to detail, ensuring that all goods are dispatched to the highest standard of quality and accuracy. The role is centred around picking the parts for each order, assembling where required, securely packaging each order for freight, and ensuring each customer receives the correct order.

Key responsibilities

• Inwards goods receiving including unpacking and re-stocking shelves

• Quality check all incoming goods

• Pick, Pack & Despatch of orders

• Assembly of components if/where required, and within competence levels

• Processing and checking of Repair Returns

• Inventory management (cycle counting, stock checks etc)

• Packaging and consumables replenishment

• Processing/generating consignment notes

• Booking transport pickups

• Maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse areas

About you

• Work within a smaller team

• Mechanical experience/interest is an advantage

• Excellent organisational skills and time management

• Ability to plan out your day and communicate this effectively with the rest of your team

• Attention to detail

• Medium level of general computer literacy & Microsoft Office skills

• Enthusiastic, passionate and can-do attitude

• Ability to provide manual handling to varying weights and sizes

• Must have a forklift license
