Key Responsibilities:
-Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries no limit but via phone, email, and chat, walk in etc.

-Drive Sales opportunities to our existing customer network
-Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
-Resolving customer issues, including order discrepancies and product inquiries.
-Providing product recommendations and assisting with sales inquiries.
-Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Maintaining accurate customer records and order details.

-Maintain and Build strong relationships with our customer

Qualifications:
-Previous customer service and sales experience is preferred.
-Previous experience in gym and fitness industry is highly required
-Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
-Efficient in time management and well organization skill.
-A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
