About The role
Insync Construction Group Pty Ltd, a leading construction company, is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper / Admin person to join our team in Banksmeadow, NSW. This administrative / Bookkeeper role will provide essential support to our busy operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.
What you'll be doing
Administrative and Book Keeping Duties covering 3 days per week (flexible)
Providing a wide range of general administrative support, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and scheduling
Undertaking all typical book keeping functions using Xero
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and responsive manner
Coordinating logistics, such as travel arrangements and meeting coordination
Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficiency in Xero
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
