Job Description

Our Head Chef, Ben, is currently seeking a talented Demi Chef to join the team and create exceptional, mouth-watering dishes. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for a full-time role.

Your Duties Will Include

Preparing and cooking dishes in line with recipes and presentation standardsWorking across hot sections, including grill and pansMaintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standardsSupporting kitchen operations and assisting senior chefsContributing to a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi ChefExperience in grill and pan sectionsPassion for food with a high attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and strong teamwork skillsAvailability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
