About the Role

This role is primarily about therapy – delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. We’re a generalist service with a large, varied, though substantially NDIS caseload. We expand and develop specialist skills when the community needs them or when they keep our work interesting.

About You

You’re down-to-earth, collaborative, and comfortable having meaningful conversations. You’re passionate about person-centred care and client advocacy. You like learning new things, growing personally and professionally, and keeping things fresh – but you also value stability.

Must-Haves

• AHPRA or peak body registration (or soon-to-have)

• First Aid, CPR, Blue Card, police check and driver’s licence

• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number and Disability Worker Check

Pay

We’re offering a salary package range of $80,000 to $140,000 plus super, CPD allowance, and bonuses. That range reflects real differences in skills and experience, whether you’re a new graduate or a seasoned clinician.

At the end of the day, we want you to feel respected and fairly paid – we’re open to an honest chat about what that looks like for you.

Bonus Programs

Some people want to push their limits, rack up the hours, and see their pay reflect that. Others prefer to work steady, keep balance, and leave it at that. Both are totally fine with us. Our team is about evenly split between the two camps – and that balance works.

We’ve got strong bonus schemes if you like performance rewards. Overtime is also available if that’s your thing. But here’s the key: it’s optional. You won’t be side-eyed for not chasing bonuses or pressured to grind overtime.
