Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

Installs, maintains, repairs, and upgrades customer equipment and related hardware/software/Network components.
Performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to restore service and minimize downtime.
Provides technical support across a range of customer environments and third-party technologies.
Maintains day-to-day customer relationships, communicates service updates, and escalates issues as required.
Diagnoses problems based on service requests, system observations, and customer feedback to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Responsible for ownership of customer issues through to resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Completes maintenance, service, and activity reports while ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures.
