Are you looking for a long-term role in residential real estate sales—without the pressure of needing to become a Sales Agent yourself?

An established and high-performing sales team in Melbourne’s inner north-west is seeking two capable, reliable and motivated Sales Associates to provide essential day-to-day support.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some real estate experience who enjoys being active, working as part of a successful team and contributing to great client outcomes.
You will work closely with a highly regarded Sales Agent and become an important part of a supportive, collaborative office culture.

The role:
This is a hands-on support position with a varied mix of office-based and field-based responsibilities. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in the office, based at the front of the business, helping ensure the office is welcoming and running smoothly.
Please note: this is not a reception role. Phones and emails are managed centrally, and there are no general reception duties. However, you will be the friendly first point of contact for the small number of walk-in visitors—typically tradespeople collecting keys—while supporting the broader sales team.
Your day may include:

• Conducting open-for-inspections and assisting at auctions
• Completing letterbox drops, prospecting calls and database calls
• Supporting campaign preparation and sales administration
• Assisting with buyer and vendor follow-up
• Managing keys and assisting walk-in visitors when required
• Supporting the Sales Agent with day-to-day tasks and external appointments
• Working collaboratively with the wider sales team to deliver excellent service

• Award wage at Salesperson Level 2
• Commission structure available after six months:
  
  • Five sales in a month: $500
  • Six sales in a month: $1,000
  • Seven or more sales in a month: $2,000
• Supportive team environment with shared office coverage
• Training, development and exposure to a high-performing sales team
• Full-time position with an early Friday finish
• Monday to Saturday roster, with every Saturday required
• Finish at 1.00 pm on Fridays

About you:
To succeed in this position, you will be practical, proactive and happy to be a key support person within a busy sales environment. You may already have some real estate experience, or you may be looking for a stable, long-term sales support role where you can build your knowledge without the expectation of progressing into a standalone sales position.
You will ideally bring:

• A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Some prior real estate experience, ideally within residential sales support, administration, leasing or reception
• Confidence conducting phone calls and building rapport with clients
• A professional presentation and strong customer-service approach
• Reliability, initiative and a willingness to assist wherever needed
• The ability to work every Saturday
