Located in Rydalmere, NSW, the workshop offers a hands-on environment where employees can develop practical skills with experienced technicians. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Apprentice role based in Rydalmere, NSW. The Apprentice will assist technicians with vehicle inspections, basic mechanical work, and workshop preparation, including cleaning, tool organization, and parts handling. Day-to-day tasks include learning to use workshop tools and equipment safely, supporting performance upgrade projects, and following instructions for routine repairs and maintenance. The Apprentice will also help with documenting work performed, communicating effectively with team members, and adhering to all safety and quality procedures. Over time, the role will involve more complex mechanical tasks under supervision, with ongoing training and mentoring provided.
QualificationsInterest in automotive mechanics and performance vehicles, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.Basic mechanical aptitude, including comfort using hand tools and following technical instructions.Strong attention to detail, focus on safety, and ability to follow workshop processes and guidelines.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy workshop environment.Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in Rydalmere, NSW.Relevant vocational training, pre-apprenticeship, or automotive studies is beneficial but not mandatory.Valid manual driver’s license and ability to travel to and from the workshop reliably is essential.
