Procurement Coordinator

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Procurement, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the Procurement & Supply Chain teams ensuring stock is purchased, received and allocated on time, coordinating made to order products, and keeping inventory lean and accurate.

In This Role You Will

• Plan purchasing volumes to match customer demand
• Work closely with Sales & Sales Support to respond to changing demand
• Coordinate stock movement to minimise excess inventory
• Spot and report short/long positions and ageing stock
• Manage made‑to‑order production and delivery timelines
• Reconcile journals for accurate financial and inventory tracking
• Process purchase orders and oversee offshore PO activity
• Support broader Procurement & Supply Chain tasks

You'll Thrive Here If You Are

• Experienced (4+ years) in procurement, supply chain or commercial operations
• Analytical, commercially savvy and a confident communicator
• Confident in dealing with a variety of company stakeholders and external contacts
• Calm under pressure and thrive working in fast paced environment.
• Experience with Dairy Ingredients, commodity markets & FX would be advantageous
• Tertiary Education including Agribusiness/ Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Science desirable
