About the role
The Business Operations Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for the day-to-day corporate services and operations of Jagun Alliance, including finance, human resources, ICT, administration, communications and compliance. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role builds the operational backbone that allows the organisation to deliver high-quality, culturally safe services to community and Country. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can balance strategic oversight with direct, practical delivery. We particularly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply to help lead, nurture and grow our people.
Fixed term 24 months, ongoing with further funding; full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE minimum, negotiable)
Indicative range: $115,000 - $130,000 (1.0 FTE, 38 hrs/wk). Plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging options
