About the Role

As our Dispensing Operator, your day revolves around accuracy, safety, and keeping production moving. You'll be operating a forklift to move raw material drums, then weighing and preparing ingredients to exact specifications for our manufacturing team. Full dispensing training is provided — what we need from day one is a confident forklift operator with strong attention to detail.

Casual role with potential to transition to permanent employment for the right person.

Hours of Work: Casual shifts will generally be scheduled within the team’s current operating hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (early finish every Friday!)

Reports to: VP of Operations

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a forklift to move raw material drums, stack pallets, and support goods receipt and dispatch

• Weighing and dispensing pre-mix ingredients to exact specifications

• Maintaining a clean, organised pre-weigh area in line with GMP guidelines

• Recording lot numbers and production orders for full traceability

• Following approved SOP's and keeping documentation accurate and up to date

• Supporting the warehouse and production teams as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in chemical handling - MANDATORY

• Experience in any of the following is a strong advantage: powder or liquid dispensing, pre-weigh, mixing, granulation, tablet compression, coating, or encapsulation

• Current forklift (LF) licence — MANDATORY

• Demonstrated forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and precise measurements

• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
