About the role:

With dealerships covering multiple sites, we have experienced exceptional growth and prepared for further expansion. A brand new opportunity awaits for a Trainee / Assistant Business Manager to join our F&I team. This represents a rare opportunity to progress on to the highly sought after position of a Finance Business Manager. This position provides an extra opportunity to sell Aftermarket Products!

About you:

• We will consider existing sales executives in the motor trade, or other retail industries with a proven track record in sales and/or some background in finance sales.

• Tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded, but candidates with excellent people skills and a flair for numbers are also encouraged to apply.

• Applicants need to be computer literate, open minded, have excellent communication, sales and time management skills, but above all, have a high work ethic.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster; including weekend work.
