Lifting & Rigging Branch Coordinator – Perth (Canning Vale)

Due to the company's expansion, we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our Perth team in Canning Vale as a Branch Coordinator.

This is a Monday to Friday role and suits someone who’s comfortable splitting their time between the office and the workshop — helping keep things running smoothly day to day.

About the role

You’ll be supporting the branch across a mix of administration, customer service, and operational tasks. No two days are the same. Our company has multiple segments in the industrial sector that you may also be called upon to support. You will be a key contact for organising and ensuring the general logistics of the branch run seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing

• Act as first point of contact for our lifting and rigging clients in the West

• Handling customer enquiries and processing orders

• Preparing and following up quotes

• Coordinating day-to-day branch activities

• Assisting with stock, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Supporting the workshop team when needed

• Keeping systems and records up to date

What we’re looking for

• Experience in lifting, rigging (essential)

• Diverse skill-set — admin + hands-on work

• Organised, reliable, and able to get things done

• Good communication skills

• Someone who takes ownership and works well in a small team

• Preference given for applicants with SAP experience

• $90,000 – $110,000 salary
