About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience? Rodd & Gunn, a leading lifestyle and fashion brand, is seeking a Casual Stylist/Sales to join their team at their Chermside Cluster. As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for providing personalised style advice, assisting customers with product selection, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience

• Assisting customers with product selection and styling to help them find the perfect items

• Ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date and sharing this knowledge with customers

• Contributing to store sales targets and achieving individual sales goals

• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

What we're looking for:

• A passion for fashion and a flair for style

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends, public holidays, evining's and through the Black Friday / Christmas period. Sunday availability and reliability is a must for this position.

• Relevant experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred
